- The band members are Freddie Mercury (lead vocals, piano), Brian May (guitar, vocals), John Deacon (bass guitar), and Roger Taylor (drums, vocals).

- Queen's early success came with the release of their self-titled debut album in 1973, which reached number four in the UK.


- Queen achieved international success with their 1974 album, Queen II, and hit singles such as "Killer Queen" and "Bohemian Rhapsody".


- The band reached new heights of success with their 1976 album, A Night at the Opera, which featured the hit single "Somebody to Love".
