YSY A, born in 1996 in the Netherlands, is a Dutch rapper and songwriter. His real name is Youssef Azghmam and he grew up in a Moroccan family in the city of Utrecht. YSY A started making music in 2015, combining trap and drill beats with his own lyrics. He became known for his dark and personal lyrics, which often deal with themes such as money, loyalty, and betrayal. His breakthrough came in 2019 with the release of his EP “Hoofdpijn” which was followed by successful collaborations with other Dutch rappers. YSY A is known for his energetic live performances and has performed at various festivals in the Netherlands.
