Alfredo Olivas is a regional Mexican singer and songwriter who hails from Ciudad Obregón, Sonora. Born on October 1, 1994, he started writing and composing music when he was just 9 years old and played his first guitar at 12. In 2010, he signed his first record deal and released his debut album, “El Patroncito.” Olivas has since released eight full-length albums and several singles, becoming known for his romantic lyrics and traditional musical style that fuses elements of norteño, banda, and corrido music. He has been nominated for Latin Grammy Awards and is known for hits such as “Y Por Lo Pronto,” “El Paciente,” and “Tus Lágrimas.” Today, Olivas continues to tour and record new music.
