Alicia Keys is a singer, songwriter, and actress born in New York City in 1981. She started playing the piano at age seven and attended the Professional Performing Arts School, which led her to gain a record deal at the age of 15. Her debut album, “Songs in A Minor,” released in 2001, became a huge success, earning her five Grammy Awards. Keys has sold over 65 million records worldwide and has released hits such as “Fallin’,” “If I Ain’t Got You,” and “No One.” She is also a philanthropist, co-founding the Keep a Child Alive charity in 2003. In addition to her music career, she has acted in films such as “Smokin’ Aces” and “The Secret Life of Bees.” Keys is married to record producer Swizz Beatz and the couple has two children together.
