They were initially signed to The Beatles’ Apple Records and released their debut album, “Magic Christian Music,” in 1970. Their biggest hit came in 1971 with the song “No Matter What.” However, the band faced financial struggles and legal disputes with their management, leading to the tragic deaths of both Ham and Evans in the 1970s.
