Claudia Leitte, born Claudia Cristina Leitte Inacio Pedreira, is a Brazilian singer, songwriter, and television personality. She was born on July 10, 1980, in Sao Goncalo, Rio de Janeiro. Leitte began her music career as the lead vocalist of the band Babado Novo in 2001 before embarking on a successful solo career in 2008. Known for her energetic performances and versatile vocal range, Leitte has released numerous hit singles and albums, including “Extravasa” and “Largadinho.” She has received numerous awards and accolades throughout her career, including the Latin Grammy Award for Best Portuguese Language Contemporary Pop Album.
