Foolio, born in 1998 as Willie Addison Jr., is an American rapper from Jacksonville, Florida. He gained attention in 2018 with his single “No Love” and went on to release his debut mixtape “6Toven” in 2019. Foolio’s music is characterized by his aggressive style and vivid storytelling, often drawing inspiration from the violence and poverty of his hometown. He has collaborated with artists such as 22Gz, JayDaYoungan and ZillaKami. In 2020, Foolio released his second mixtape “Welcome to the 9” and signed a deal with Atlantic Records. Despite ongoing legal issues, Foolio continues to be a rising star in the rap scene with his distinctive sound and raw lyricism.
