Gloria Trevi is a Mexican singer, songwriter, and actress. Born on February 15, 1968, in Monterrey, Mexico, she began her career in the late 1980s as part of the group Boquitas Pintadas. In 1990, she released her debut solo album, “¿Qué Hago Aquí?,” which launched her to fame. Known for her controversial lyrics and provocative image, Trevi became one of the biggest Latin pop stars of the 1990s. Her hits include “Dr. Psiquiatra,” “Pelo Suelto,” and “Me Siento Tan Sola.” Trevi’s career was briefly derailed in the early 2000s by legal troubles, but she returned in 2004 with the album “Cómo Nace el Universo” and has continued to release music and tour. She is considered one of the most influential Latin female artists of all time.
