Guru Randhawa is an Indian singer, songwriter, and music composer born on August 30, 1991, in Gurdaspur, Punjab. He completed his graduation from Indian Institute of Planning and Management, Delhi. He got his first break with the song “Same Girl” in collaboration with Arjun Coomaraswamy. His super-hit singles such as “Suit”, “Lahore”, and “High Rated Gabru” brought him into the limelight. Guru has also worked as a playback singer in Bollywood films and has given hit songs such as “Ban Ja Rani” from Tumhari Sulu and “Kaun Nachdi” from Sonu Ke Titu Ki Sweety. He has won many awards including the Best Debut Male at the PTC Punjabi Music Awards 2014 and the Most Popular Song of the Year at the PTC Punjabi Music Awards 2018.
