JP Saxe was born in Toronto, Canada in 1993. His parents were both musicians and exposed him to music at a young age. He began writing his own songs at the age of 13 and developed a passion for songwriting. After attending the renowned music school Berklee College of Music in Boston, he moved to Los Angeles to pursue his career. His breakthrough came in 2019 with the release of his hit single “If The World Was Ending” featuring Julia Michaels. The song has garnered over a billion streams and received critical acclaim. Saxe has since released his debut album “Hold It Together” in 2021 and continues to write and record music. He has collaborated with numerous artists including Alessia Cara and John Mayer. His music is known for exploring themes of love, vulnerability, and the human experience.
