Modjo was an electronic music duo consisting of Yann Destagnol and Romain Tranchart. They rose to fame in the early 2000s with their hit single “Lady (Hear Me Tonight)”, which topped charts worldwide and earned them a Grammy nomination. The duo disbanded in 2003 after releasing their self-titled album, but reunited briefly in 2013 for a one-off performance. Tragically, Yann Destagnol passed away in 2020 at the age of 46, leaving behind a legacy of infectious dance music that continues to be celebrated by fans around the world.
