Nik and Jay are a Danish hip-hop duo formed in 2002 consisting of Nikolas Olyslager (Nik) and Jannik Brandt Thomsen (Jay). They both grew up in the suburbs of Copenhagen and crossed paths in their teenage years. In 2002, the duo released their debut single “Hot!” which became a massive hit in Denmark. They have since released 8 studio albums and have won multiple Danish Music Awards. In addition to their music careers, Nik and Jay have also ventured into acting and have appeared in Danish films and TV shows. They are known for their catchy tunes, relatable lyrics, and dynamic performances. With a loyal fan base and a successful career spanning nearly 20 years, Nik and Jay continue to dominate the Danish music scene.
