Romeo Santos, born Anthony Santos, is a Dominican-American singer, songwriter, actor, and record producer. He was born on July 21, 1981, in The Bronx, New York City. Santos rose to fame as the lead singer of the Bachata group Aventura, which released five studio albums between 1995 and 2009. He launched his solo career in 2011 and has since released four successful albums, including “Formula, Vol. 1” and “Formula, Vol. 2”. He has collaborated with numerous artists, including Usher, Drake, and Daddy Yankee, and has won numerous awards, including numerous Latin Grammy nominations.
