Growing up, Sheck was exposed to both American and Senegalese cultures, inspiring his unique sound and style. In 2017, he gained attention with his viral hit “Mo Bamba,” which peaked at number 6 on the US Billboard Hot 100. Sheck released his debut studio album “Mudboy” in 2018, which received critical acclaim.
