Voz De Mando is a regional Mexican band formed in Los Angeles, California, in 2009 by Jorge Gaxiola and Eduardo González. The band’s sound is a blend of Norteño and Banda, and they have released over ten studio albums, including Corridos y Rancheras, Levantado Polvadera, and Soldado Latinoamericano. Voz De Mando’s biggest hit to date is “Levantando Polvadera,” which spent over 20 weeks on the Billboard Latin charts. The band has been nominated for multiple awards, including a Latin Grammy, and has won several including a Premios Juventud. Voz De Mando continues to tour extensively, performing at venues and festivals throughout the United States and Mexico. The group is considered one of the most successful bands in the Regional Mexican music genre and has a loyal fan base.
