"Do Me, Baby" is a 1981 ballad written and performed by Prince, and released as the third and final American single from his fourth album, Controversy. Although credited to Prince, it was reportedly written by his former bassist and childhood friend, Andre Cymone. The song was later included on his 1993 compilation album The Hits/The B-Sides. In 1986, the song was covered by R&B singer Meli'sa Morgan. In addition, it appears in one of the opening scenes of the movie Rush Hour 3 (2007), where Chris Tucker's character sings while listening to it in his headphones, while directing traffic with Michael Jackson's dance sequences.
