The protagonist and his brother went fishing by the river, but his brother got in a fight with a boy named Wilson. Later, they hear Wilson and his cousin coming up behind them and they finish fishing and head back. On the way back, the protagonist's brother falls off the boat and drowns. The protagonist believes Wilson shot him and eventually takes revenge by killing Wilson and chaining him to an anvil thrown in the river. Even five years later, the protagonist still thinks about his brother's death and warns Wilson's cousin that he's coming for him too.
