🎶 Falling Calling song analysis
The song tells the story of a man who was put in prison for five thousand days for an unspecified offense. He is currently in a cell six feet wide and six feet high, with only three barred windows. He sings that he regrets the mistake he made and seeks the Lord's guidance, hoping to be released and turn over a new leaf. He expresses his disbelief in the Bible and the Holy Book, but now seeks God's help. He also mentions that the chains he wears are not his style.

The Hollies - Short Biography

The Hollies is a British rock band formed in Manchester in 1962. The band's original lineup consisted of Allan Clarke (vocals), Graham Nash (vocals, guitar), Tony Hicks (guitar), Eric Haydock (bass) and Don Rathbone (drums). The band's early music was heavily influenced by American R&B and rock and roll, and the group had several hits in the UK in the mid-1960s. In 1968, Graham Nash left the band to form Crosby, Stills, Nash & Young, and was replaced by singer and guitarist Terry Sylvester. The band continued to have success throughout the 1970s and 1980s, with hits such as "The Air That I Breathe" and "He Ain't Heavy, He's My Brother." The Hollies have gone through several lineup changes over the years, but the group continues to tour and perform relentlessly.
