"Heaven Can Wait" is taken from "Bat Out of Hell", the first album by American rock singer Meat Loaf and songwriter Jim Steinman, released in 1977. It is one of the best-selling albums in history, recorded in 1975-1976 in different studios and produced by Todd Rundgren. The album was developed from a musical called "Neverland", a futuristic rock version of "Peter Pan", which Steinman wrote for a workshop in 1974. The album features epic rock ballads and the powerful vocals of Meat Loaf, creating a unique and memorable listening experience. Not surprisingly, "Bat Out of Hell" spawned two sequels: "Bat Out of Hell II: Back into Hell" and "Bat Out of Hell III: The Monster Is Loose". This album remains a rock classic and a must-have for any music lover.
