What is House Of Clocks about?
🎶 House Of Clocks song analysis
The protagonist used to have a fancy clock from a long time ago, but it broke and can't be fixed. He also had a sundial, but his garden grew so much that he couldn't see it anymore. His romantic partner left him on a certain day called St. Swithin's day, and he doesn't understand why. When he was young, he used to listen to the sounds of the clocks in his house late at night. The clocks helped him understand the passing of time. But no matter what he said, his partner wouldn't stay with him. The protagonist is sad because he lost his partner on St. Swithin's day and doesn't know why.
