Usher Raymond IV is a famous American R&B singer, born in Dallas, Texas and raised in Chattanooga, Tennessee before moving to Atlanta, Georgia. His next album, 8701 (2001), was a commercial success with hits such as "U Remind Me" and "U Got It Bad."
