Linda Ronstadt, American rock, pop and country artist, is widely recognized as the Queen of Rock, with approximately 100 million records sold worldwide. Her discography includes 24 solo studio albums, one live album, numerous compilation albums and 63 singles. According to the Recording Industry Association of America (RIAA), she has sold 30 million certified albums in the United States, making her the ninth best-selling solo female artist in the country. Billboard ranked her as the 67th greatest artist of all time. She has won 11 Grammy Awards, three American Music Awards, two Academy of Country Music Awards, an Emmy Award and an ALMA Award.Ronstadt's versatility as an artist is evident in her various musical styles, and her immense popularity can be attributed to her soulful and passionate performances.
