The protagonist is feeling jealous because his partner is so attractive and everyone wants to be with her. He is jealous of the rain and wind that touch her because they get to be closer to her than he does. He wants her to be happy, but it's hard for him to admit that he's jealous of how happy she is without him. He doesn't like the way another person is looking at his partner and it makes him feel even more jealous. He thought she would come back to him and tell him that she only found heartbreak and misery, but she's happy without him and that makes him jealous.
