The protagonist is drunk with his partner on a street called Robson. They usually agree on things, but for some reason, they ended up in a place they didn't want to be. They encounter coffee drinkers who disrespect them, but the protagonist doesn't understand why. He wants to keep things light and not let everything fall apart. They promise not to go to a specific nightclub because being there makes them feel messed up and they can't distinguish between the staff and the customers. The protagonist thinks it's not right for people to go to a place where they can't be heard or seen. The protagonist breaks a window in a logging company to feel some relief and has to leave his accordion behind to escape from the police. He wants to keep everything light so that he can keep moving and not be weighed down.
