- Stereophonics is a Welsh rock band formed in 1992.
- The band consists of Kelly Jones, Richard Jones, Adam Zindani, Jamie Morrison and Tony Kirkham.
- The band previously included Stuart Cable (1992-2003) and Javier Weyler (2004-2012)
- Have released twelve studio albums, including eight number one albums in the UK.
- Released the compilation album Decade in the Sun in November 2008, which reached number two on the UK Album Chart

- Written and produced by Stereophonics frontman Kelly Jones, the song was released as a single on July 21, 2003 and reached number three on the UK Singles Chart.
- The song became the band's second highest charting single, reaching number three on the UK Singles Chart in July 2003.
- In January 2020, the UK phonographic industry (BPI) awarded the song a platinum certification for sales and streams above 600,000.
- Outside the UK, the song reached #17 in the Netherlands, #18 in Ireland and #3 in the UK.
