Fleetwood Mac - Short Biography

Fleetwood Mac is a British-American rock band formed in London in 1967. Its original members are guitarists and singers Peter Green and Jeremy Spencer, drummer Mick Fleetwood and bassist Bob Brunning. John McVie joined the band in time for their first album and Danny Kirwan became the third guitarist and singer in 1968. Christine Perfect joined the band in 1970, becoming known as Christine McVie.

"Monday Morning" is a 1975 song written and sung by Fleetwood Mac guitarist Lindsey Buckingham. It is the first track on the self-titled second Fleetwood Mac album, which was certified multi-platinum. The song was later included on the band's 2002 compilation album, The Very Best of Fleetwood Mac. Allmusic critic Matthew Greenwald described the song as "a brilliant opening to a brilliant album," noting Buckingham's "confident pop instincts and craftsmanship."
