In simpler terms, the protagonist is questioning why Mr. Robert doesn't believe in God, and expressing disappointment that Mr. Robert spread his name while living in fear and sin. The protagonist then asks the "Magnet brothers" why they're singing songs about another musician and wants them to sign a contract so that he can control their music.
