"My Old Piano" is a song performed by American R&B singer Diana Ross. Nile Rodgers and Bernard Edwards, members of the band Chic, wrote and produced the song for Ross' tenth studio album, released in 1980. The song describes the joy of playing the piano and personifies the instrument itself. Motown Records released the song as the third and final single from the album in the United States on September 19, 1980, and as the second single elsewhere. The music video shows Ross performing the song in an apartment with an old piano.
