"One More Cup of Coffee (Valley Below)" is a song written and sung by Bob Dylan, one of the most famous American singer-songwriters. The song was released as the fourth song on his seventeenth studio album Desire in 1976, with the help of Don DeVito as producer. Dylan was inspired to write the song by his visit to a gypsy festival in Saintes-Maries-de-la-Mer, France on his 34th birthday. The album version of "One More Cup of Coffee (Valley Below)" was recorded on July 30, 1975 and released on the album in January 1976. This powerful song is a fan favorite, and it's easy to see why with its poetic, descriptive lyrics and haunting melody.
