Guns N' Roses is an American hard rock band from Los Angeles, formed in 1985 and signed to Geffen Records in 1986. The original lineup, consisting of vocalist Axl Rose, guitarist Slash, rhythm guitarist Izzy Stradlin, bassist Duff McKagan and drummer Steven Adler, has expanded to include current members Richard Fortus, Frank Ferrer, Dizzy Reed and Melissa Reese. The band has released six studio albums and numerous chart-topping singles, establishing the band as one of the most popular hard rock bands of all time.

It was written by singer Axl Rose, guitarists Robin Finck and Buckethead, drummer Brain, producer Caram Costanzo and engineer Pete Scaturro. The song is the second track on the band's sixth studio album, Chinese Democracy. It was released on September 14, 2008 as part of the Rock Band 2 video game, and was included as the B-side to the single "Chinese Democracy".
