However, the protagonist denies these rumors and says that he has moved on from his ex and hasn't shed a tear in years. He questions if the rumors were true, would it even matter to her and if she would be there to help him heal. In the end, he assures her that it wasn't him and that he has found someone who looks like him and loves her. He asks her to forget about the false rumors and assures her that somebody lied.
