- Steel Pulse is a roots reggae band from Birmingham, England.
- They were originally formed at Handsworth Wood Boys School.
- The original line-up was David Hinds, Basil Gabbidon and Ronald McQueen, with Basil's brother Colin briefly on drums and Mykaell Riley.
- Steel Pulse was the first non-Jamaican band to win the Grammy Award for Best Reggae Album.
- They have released numerous albums over the course of their career

The Ku Klux Klan is an American racist organization founded in 1865. The organization was created to fight against the emancipation of slaves and to maintain social order in America. The Ku Klux Klan has been involved in numerous attacks and murders of black Americans, as well as acts of vandalism and terrorism. In 1971, the British reggae band Steel Pulse released a song called "Ku Klux Klan," which denounced the racism and violence of the Ku Klux Klan.
