The protagonist is approached by Death who offers to take him on a ride. He hesitates but eventually agrees and is taken on a wild ride in Death's van. Death plays a killer riff on his guitar but the protagonist criticizes the rest of his song. They crash and Death asks the protagonist to take his place as the Grim Reaper, but the protagonist instead agrees to take Death's killer riff and make it his own.
