The song tells the story of a tragic event that happened in September. A woman gives birth to twins on a farm, but dies shortly after, leaving her husband and daughters behind. The doctor who delivers the babies tries to operate on them with a chainsaw, but is stopped by a sheriff who ends up getting killed in the process. The twins are later taken to a center for children with disabilities, but are kidnapped by a truck driver who abandons the chickens he was transporting in order to take them away.
