The song helped Iglesias break into the English-language market, reaching number five on the Billboard Hot 100 and number one on the Canadian RPM Top Singles chart. "To All the Girls I've Loved Before" also reached No. 1 on the country chart and was one of two country chart entries for Julio Iglesias and Willie Nelson as a duo.
