The song "Truth Hits Everybody" is taken from "Outlandos of Love," the first studio album by the English rock band The Police, released on November 2, 1978 by A&M Records. The album gained popularity with its first single, "Roxanne", which contributed to its success, reaching number six on the UK Albums Chart and number twenty-three on the Billboard 200. In addition to "Roxanne", the album contains two other hits, "Can't stand losing you" and "So lonely".
