- On September 6, 2012, the single received its first airplay on Australian radio.
- The "lyric video" was released online on September 12, 2012.
- The video for Try, released online on October 10, 2012, features the singer and dancer Colt Prattes in a passionate and intense dance full of acrobatics, inspired by Apache dance[citation needed] and choreographed by Frenchman Sebastian Stella.
