Other athletes like heavyweight boxers and ballet dancers also have body parts that look weird because of their sports, but the protagonist can't believe that these guys can still hear with their messed up ears. The lyrics end with the protagonist being scared that the guy with UFC ears is going to find him and beat him up because he made fun of him. But in the end, they realize it's just a joke and everything is okay.
