The song is about a man who is camping by a river and singing as he waits for his food to cook. He sees a sheep come to drink from the river and catches it to put in his bag. Then some important people come and ask him about the sheep. He runs away and jumps into the river and dies. It is said that his ghost can still be heard at the river, asking people to dance with him.
