The song "We've Got Tonight" was written by American rock music artist Bob Seger and appears on his 1978 album Stranger in Town. The single version charted twice for Seger, and was developed from an earlier song he had written. In 1983, Kenny Rogers and Sheena Easton released a version of the song that charted, and in 2002, Ronan Keating released a version that also charted.
