"Who Says You Can't Go Home" is a song written by Jon Bon Jovi and Richie Sambora for Bon Jovi's ninth album, Have a Nice Day, released in 2005. The song was produced by John Shanks, Jon Bon Jovi and Richie Sambora. A duet version with the voice of Jennifer Nettles of the American duo Sugarland was also sent to country music radio. Both versions of the song appear on Have a Nice Day; the original version is the fourth track, while the country version is the thirteenth and final track.
