The Doors were an influential and controversial American rock band formed in 1965 in Los Angeles. Led by singer Jim Morrison and featuring keyboardist Ray Manzarek, guitarist Robby Krieger and drummer John Densmore, the band played a major role in the counterculture of the 1960s.

The song "Tell All the People" was written by the guitarist of the American rock band The Doors, Robby Krieger. It was released as an A-side, along with "Easy Ride", from the album Waiting for the Sun, in June 1969. The song is also known as "Follow Me Down" because of the use of the phrase "Follow Me Down". It is the third single from the Doors' fourth album, The Soft Parade. The song's instrumentation includes a horn section.
